Who Did the Mischief? How to play & tips
The room you were watching is somehow a little different. Find the work of a mischievous fairy in a picture that changes ever so slowly.
What kind of game is it?
Three rooms — Cat’s Reading Room, Bunny’s Tea Room and Bear’s Bakery — each hide 5 bits of mischief, for 15 in all. In each room, a mischievous fairy — Kossorin, Mogurin or Fuerun — quietly changes the little things.
How to play
Choose a puzzle from “Find the mischief” on the home screen. After you look at the picture for 3 seconds, one spot slowly changes over 20 seconds. You can still answer for 3 seconds after the change ends.
When you spot what changed, tap it. You can make up to 3 mistakes. Right after a mistake, taps are ignored for a moment.
Hints and answers
8 seconds after the change starts, you can use one hint. A frame shows the rough area of the answer. When you get it right, you see the before and after once, and the fairy behind the mischief pops out. If time runs out or you make 3 mistakes, choose “Try again” to retry or “Show answer” to see it.
Decorating with furniture
The first time you solve a puzzle, you get furniture that looks like the item that was changed, and it’s placed in your own room on the home screen (Room, Terrace or Kitchen). Just viewing the answer doesn’t earn furniture.
Solving a puzzle opens the next one. Find all 5 in a room to complete it and read that fairy’s profile.
Tips to improve
- In the short time before the change begins, take in the number, colors and places of the little items.
- The change is very slow. Glancing over the whole picture now and then works better than staring at one spot.
- You can’t make many mistakes. Don’t tap at random — use the hint when you’re unsure.
